| Wight Hotels isn't just about Isle of Wight accommodation, we also provide a short write up about the Isle of Wight resort towns. You'd be surprised how different each part of the Isle of Wight is. The south east of the Isle of Wight is the place to visit for sandy beaches and traditional style English seaside holidays. The west of the Isle of Wight hosts the well known 'Needles' and the coloured sands of Alum Bay. The north of the Isle of Wight is where the annual Cowes Week takes place and the ferries come in from Portsmouth and Southampton. The East of the Island offers Ryde which is the first stop for anybody travelling from Portsmouth and has many family orientated popular places to visit. To see the pages on each resort town, click on the towns on the map in the above right hand corner of this screen.
